The launch began with a private cocktail reception at the Alisa Hotel in the heart of Accra.

In attendance, the movers and shakers of Accra's richly diverse property development sector welcomed an evening of business collaborations and power networking. Created in 2017 to educate, inspire, bridge the gap with the global diaspora, and present viable opportunities within every aspect of the property industry, the event drew over 180 guests keen to learn more about GPLE 3 up-and-coming events being held in three continents, the US, the UK, and Ghana.

In his remark, the Founding Partner of the Locus Estates, Mr. Yaw Afrifa, said “I am thrilled to see so many people here who are passionate about real estate. It is clear that the real estate industry is growing, and there is a lot of potential for development in this field. I urge everyone here today to make use of this expo to network and connect with new people.

There has never been a better time to invest in real estate than now. The demand for housing is growing rapidly, and there is a need for more affordable and sustainable housing solutions. With technological advancements, the real estate industry is evolving, and it is crucial to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.”

He continued that “I want to take a moment to introduce you to our premier development, Ebellas, the smartest buy in Cantonments. Ebellas is a luxurious residential development in Cantonments, offering modern villas and townhouses with the latest amenities. Ebellas’ sustainability and innovation design is the first of its kind in Ghana and will offer residents a variety of unparalleled amenities and features to enhance their quality of life like no other development."

The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) is the only platform for real estate companies, agencies & lifestyle companies based in Ghana to showcase their phenomenal developments and services to both the diaspora and foreign investors internationally.

There is a strong wave of second-generation Ghanaians and entrepreneurs based in the UK & US keen to relocate to Ghana. With the purpose of bridging the gap with the Ghanaian diaspora and educating a broader international audience about the vast opportunities of Ghana’s expanding real estate market, attendees leave The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo with indispensable knowledge about making an investment in Ghana and securing their financial future.
