Action they say speaks louder than words; and successful leaders know the essence of that phrase. Leaders are not enshrined to do much talking but rather, they are expected to surpass and achieve enviable feats their predecessors couldn’t attain.
It is on this backdrop that Peacefmonline.com caught up with Mr. Charles Owusu of the Progressive People’s Party, to analyze the general performance of President Mahama in 2013.
In response to the question, Mr. Owusu stated that 2013 was full of “unfruitful talks” rather than President Mahama performing his duty as president. He however, credited President Mahama for always making his intentions known to Ghanaians, but quickly condemned him for not showcasing any zeal to fulfill any of his promises.
According to him, “there are natural born leaders and those who aim to be leaders. But as for our president, he doesn’t fit into any of the above. The nation has benefitted immensely from the performance of our dead presidents than President Mahama. The only thing he is good at is to look for avenues to borrow and pile up debts, mismanage the economy and allow his ministers to do unnecessary things. There is absolutely no hope with him as president”.
