A member of the Communications team of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Charles Owusu, has decried the leadership style of President John Dramani Mahama, describing him as a "dull" Head of State.
Contributing to a panel discussion programme on Oman Fm, Charles Owusu believes the Mahama government has lost grip and has failed to control affairs.
According to him, the government is characterized by corruption and bribery and "stealing from state coffers."
Touching on the tariff increments by the Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PURC), the PPP Communicator held that the NDC government has failed the nation and, therefore, lacks the ability to enhance the progress of the economy.
The late President “Mills was dull. He didn’t understand governance…There was no real improvement during his era…So, if the President is dull; then, the Ministers are worse,” he unequivocally stated.
