Mahama killed chiefs, journalist for political power - NPP Youth Organiser

Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is accusing President John Dramani Mahama of sacrificing the lives of traditional rulers in furtherance of his political interest.

Kwame Bafoe popularly known as Abronye DC also also took time to list a number of traditional rulers who alleged were murdered by assassins sponsored by the leader of the NDC.

The Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser was responding to reports that President Mahama had warned a Nana Akuffo Addo presidency would destool any traditional ruler that disagreed with him.

According to media reports, the President warned Chiefs in the country not to endorse the New Patriotic Party presidential nominee because “he is a divisive character and will ensure destoolment of the said chief.

But speaking Kwame Adinkrah, host of Abusua Nkomo, the free speaking Youth Organiser said “Mahama lacks the authority to accuse Nana Addo of disliking chiefs in this country”.

“Kwame, have you asked yourself why almost all the chiefs that criticised or disagreed with the president were shot and killed by assasins,” he asked.

Kwame Bafoe mentioned about ten chiefs that were allegedly shot dead “because they stood up against President Mahama.”

Abusuafmonline.com’s reveal, on September 14, 2015 – Nana Adusa Gyapong, the chief of Atwima Koforidua in the Ashanti Region was gunned down by unknown assailants.

On June 21, 2014, Paramount Chief of the Nanumba Traditional Area, Naa Dasana Andani was also shot and killed.

On March 12, 2014, Nii Ayittey Noyatse, the Joma Mantse in the Greater Accra Region was also shot and killed by unidentified assailants.

While on November 5, 2013, Paramount Chief of Seikwa, Nana Kwaku Dwumah Ankoana II was also assassinated through gun shots.

All these chiefs Abronye insists were killed because they openly disagreed with President John Mahama.

He adds, “president Mahama used Samuel Nuamah, late Ghanaian Times newspaper presidential correspondent for sraha to enhance his political chances.”

Sraha, literally means sacrifice, is correctly mentioned Sadaka by Muslims. Sadaka is the act of giving alms to beggars, children as well as the old and destitute to seek for Allah’s guidance, protection and blessings. It is often recommended to a Muslim to offer Sadaka where he or she conceives a bad or good dream to avoid or fulfill it as the case may be.

NOTE:But where human life or sacrifice is involved, Islam strongly stands against such sacrifices.
