Man assists blindman to complete house

Koraaso (B/A) March 16 (Amoah Acheampong) GNA - Mr. Kwadwo Addo-Manuh, a citizen of Dormaa-Ahenkro and a farmer at Asawinso in the Western Region, has donated a packet of roofing sheets valued at 800,000 cedis to Mr. George Kwame Nsiah, a 58 year old blind person at Koraaso, near Dormaa-Ahenkro.

Mr. Addo-Manuh said he was touched by the plight of Mr. Nsiah and the donation was to help him to complete his three-room building at Koraaso.


He expressed the hope that other public-spirited persons would support the needy in society.

Mr. Nsiah, retrenched by the Forestry Services Division in 1989 due to ill-health thanked the donor and appealed to individuals and organizations to assist him to complete the building. He recalled that last year, Nana Kwadwo Seinti, Brong Ahafo Regional Minister also made a similar donation of three packets of roofing sheets to him.
