Moi funeral: Queen Elizabeth represented by her cousin

Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, is representing the British royal family at the state funeral of Kenya's former President Daniel arap Moi in Nairobi.

The son of late President Moi, Raymond, acknowledged the duke's presence before reading his father's eulogy.
