The widow of the former President of the 3rd Republic of Ghana, Mrs. Fulera Limann is reported to be responding to treatment after undergoing surgery at the Tamale General Hospital. Reports say, three other women who were on the same vehicle and who sustained various degrees of injuries are also responding to treatment. The skin on Mrs. Limann's left arm peeled off and she also had bruises on her face. Meanwhile, the scheduled funeral programme for the late Dr. Limann is going on as planned. Hundreds of people are said to be trooping to the Police Park in Tamale, where another funeral service is scheduled to be held before the body is conveyed to Gwollu in the Upper West Region for burial. Dr. Limann died on the 23rd of January at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital of heart related problems.
