The chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign team, Professor Joshua Alabi, has assured that the NDC will protect every ballot in the 2024 general elections.
He urged Ghanaians to turn out in large numbers on December 7 to vote for the party and advised the electorate to remain vigilant at polling stations to prevent any rigging.
Professor Alabi emphasized that the NDC will safeguard every vote, assuring supporters that their votes will not be wasted.
He also expressed his belief that Ghana is heading in the wrong direction under the current administration, highlighting the need for an NDC victory.
“Ghana is moving in the wrong direction. [The NPP] will lose, hand over, and we are assuring everybody that we will protect your votes. So go and vote,” he said at the launch of the NDC's 2024 campaign in Tamale on Saturday, July 27.
