Former Ningo-Prampram Constituency Chairman of the NDC, Michael Kwetey Tetteh has expressed confidence of becoming the party's candidate in the 2020 General Elections in the constituency.
According to Mr Kwetey Tetteh, although he is not casting his vote due to party rules, he is sure of taking over the Ningo-Prampram seat from incumbent MP, Sam Nartey George.
“I can’t vote because I resigned as constituency Chairman,” he noted.
Speaking to Ghanaweb off camera, the former constituency Chairman said although he is confident of winning, he is keenly monitoring the process
“I am not voting because of the previous position as party Chair of the constitution. I do not want to lose concentration by granting the media an interview. I need to monitor the voting processes to ensure the right thing is done," he stated.
