A cross-section of Ghanaians have expressed disappointment at the former president John Dramani Mahama's intentions of running for president in the 2020 upcoming elections
According to them, the Former President has risen through the political ladder and must be content with his achievement so far.
“The Former President has been an assemblyman before and he has risen through the rank from that to an MP, a deputy minister, a minister, a vice president and a president, what else does he want” he quizzed.
Expressing their view on the implication the former president winning the NDC primaries will have on the 2020 general election, they said, his victory in his party tells how massively his party wants him but that will not reflect on the results of the 2020 elections.
