Self-acclaimed Ghanaian prophet, Isaac Owusu Bempah has disclosed that some elements within the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), despise him due to his truthful nature.
According to the founder and leader of Glorious Word and Power Ministry International he has made many enemies within the NDC due to his unfailing prophesies for the NPP.
Speaking on Accra-based Okay FM, the controversial Man of God insisted that since his prophesies tends to favour the New Patriotic Party, some stalwarts of the NDC do not see eye-to-eye with him.
“I don’t just make predictions because I feel like making them. Before I come out to say anything, then it’s God who has asked me to tell the world and so the earlier the NDC accepts that, the better for them. They should stop attacking me and accept any prophecy I make,” he said.
The religious leader added that, “I think some people in the NDC simply hate me because they are refusing to accept the truth which I always stand for”.
Rev. Owusu Bempah in his interaction insisted that the fact that most of his prophecies favour the NPP does not make him a member.
The Prophet’s comments follow accusations by some members of the NDC that he is not a true Man of God.
A former National Organizer of the NDC, Boateng Gyan, has in the past accused Owusu Bempah of being interested in satisfying his political associates.
The top NDC man in his accusations indicated that, for a Prophet of God to claim it is impossible for John Mahama to become the president of Ghana for the second time means he isn’t really doing God’s work.
Some Ghanaians including clergymen and members of the NDC have described Rev Owusu Bempah as a prophet of doom and a person who thrives on controversies.
But Rev Owusu Bempah says he is not bothered by such comments, insisting that, he only puts out what is revealed to him by God.
