According to the unsuspecting victims, the NDC failed Parliament Candidate aspirant uses the name of Hon. Freddy Blay, NPP National Chairman to bait his victims. “I know he is related to the NPP National Chairman because of the same surnames so when he told me to bring the money, I readily gave it to him. Not knowing Freddy Blay had nothing to do with it”, one of the victims told ABC News.

Mr Nda Blay is currently on a Police Bail at the Ministries Police Station and contested NDC’S Parliamentary primaries last Saturday in Jomoro where he polled just 4 votes.

According to some of the victims who have to ABC News, Nda Blay collected various sums of money from them and actually went ahead to give them appointment letters from Ghana Water Company (GWC), which turned out to be fake. He also made one Magdallene Adulley pay an amount of GHC 15,000 into the account of one Gloria Ama Macafui with promise to get her a job at Bank of Ghana claiming that said Gloria was the Head of Human Resource at the Bank of Ghana which turned out to be false.

He collected GHC 10,150 from one Enoch Ackah Yankey with promise to get him employment at Kosmos Energy,in the Western Region.

He also collected GHC 3,500 from one Boateng to get him a contract deal at Takoradi Technical University (TTU)
