NDC to lose logo to Konadu,

President John Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would have to brace themselves for a show down with Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings over who is the rightful owner of the party’s logo soon.

Reports obtained by your authoritative Al-Hajj has confirmed that Nana Konadu, a former vice chairperson of the NDC and her attorneys are poised to file a writ at an Accra High Court before the 19th of this month to prevent the NDC from using its known logo, the umbrella in this years’ campaign.

Our radar has picked up feelers which indicate that Nana Konadu and her lawyers will head to the courts latest Friday, the 19th of October 2012 to pray the court to debar the NDC the use of the party logo she is claiming to be her duly registered intellectual property.

In our issue volume number 73, dated 21st August 2012 with a caption, Agenda to make Mills a one term President continues… KONADU GOES TO COURT-In October, over NDC logo-The Al-Hajj reported how Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, who is also the wife of the NDC founder, Jerry John Rawlings intends to drag the party to court few weeks going into the December elections to prevent the NDC from using its known logo.
