Mr Alhassan advised the people to be wary of politicians who have started campaigning that since President Jerry John Rawlings will not contest the 2000 elections they are sure to win. He said political parties that make such utterances do not have competent and dedicated personalities of vision to help them win the confidence of the electorate during the elections on their own merit.
