NPP communications member reported dead

A member of the Communications Team of the ruling New Patriotic party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Martin Kwame Nyame Snr. has been reported dead.

According to a release from the Regional hierarchy of the party signed by Moro Kabore, Mr. Nyame passed on the early hours of Sunday, 6th August 2017, at Pramso hospital in Kumasi where he was on admission responding to treatment.

“He had been unwell in recent times. Mr. Nyame was a long standing member of the Regional Communication team and a constituent of the Subin Constituency. The team has undoubtedly lost one of its pillars and a key mentor to the new generation of party communicators. His death is a big blow to us. Any arrangement towards his funeral will be communicated to the public. May God welcomes his soul in peace”, the statement added.
