Mohammed Ben Ali popularly known as Ben Ali Seaman, the NPP organizer in the Bibiani-Ahwiaso-Bekwai Constituency has stated that he would invoke several rivers and lower gods to curse officials of the Electoral Commission (EC) if they go ahead with the creation of the new constituencies.

Ben Ali Seaman is of the view that time is very much of the essence and hell could break loose if these new 45 constituencies come into being with just about 86 days to the general elections.

He said in an interview with the Daily Searchlight that since the EC is so adamant and bent on creating these new constituencies by all means even with all the admonishment and pleas they have received from majority of Ghanaians, it is clear that the EC is in bed with the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) which seems to be the only party in support of the EC in its latest exploits.

Ben Ali Seaman has therefore mentioned that he would invoke six rivers as well as two lower gods from within and outside Ghana on the EC if it adamantly goes ahead to create the constituencies.

The six river gods, according to him, include Antoanyama in the Ashanti Region, Dia river at Diaso in the Central Region and the Bongo River Ankobra and Boowere at Techiman, all of which are in Ghana.

He also mentioned two powerful lesser-gods outside the boundaries of Ghana to help him deal with situation head-on. They are Bombaker from Nigeria and HiltelleliaKisasi from Dahomey in Benin.

He said if the EC goes ahead with the creation of the new constituencies to the detriment of the peace of the country, his gods will ensure everybody who is involved, especially Dr. Kojo Afari-Gyan would face the wrath of the gods and rivers for the rest of their lives.

He said that beyond the creation of the new constituencies, he also threatened to do the same to persons who compromise their position and works to subvert the will of the people.

“If we all know how incompetent and wicked people in this government are made up of, why should we retain them in power? In all of these, I can understand why they still want to hold on to power. These people are looking for a second term to continue doing what they are best at doing; stealing from and milking the state as if there is no tomorrow. Ghanaians are wild awake now and would never sit unconcerned for such things to happen to us again,” he said.

He continued, “any businessman, pastor, farmer, contractor, teacher, policeman, military man and all who matter in the security of our nation should be on the alert because they would be affected by the curse if they try doing anything to favor the NDC in the upcoming elections because majority of Ghanaians need a change that brings them hope for a better future and that change is Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the NPP.”
