New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag
Courage Nobi, the Acting Communications Director of the Movement for Change, has expressed surprise over the New Patriotic Party (NPP) acting as a mouthpiece for the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice.
He pointed out that everything regarding the Ato Forson ambulance case is between the Attorney General, Ato Forson, and the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and it surprises him that the NPP has taken center stage in the issue.
“This case is between the Attorney General, Ato Forson, and the NDC, but what I don’t understand is how the NPP has turned themselves into a PR unit of the Attorney General and are defending the Attorney General. Why should it be so?" he questioned.
Nobi emphasized that the Attorney General’s Office is supposed to be neutral and not subject to any political influence.
“The Attorney General’s Office is a neutral office and is not supposed to be political,” he added.
