Intelligence Desk Report
It is amazing how the NPP and its media apologists are quick to make all kinds of illogical deductions when His Excellency President Atta Mills gets onto a plane.
The moment the President gets onto a plane, Gabby Otchere-Darko’s Statesman newspapers, and all the other NPP leaflets masquerading as newspapers, go into frenzy, churning out all kinds of implausible stories about the health of the President.
As for the likes of Ken “Opete”Kuranchie, he manages to give himself a sustained hard-on anytime the President was out of town.
Unknown to Gabby and co, there are a number of Ghanaians who have been keeping a tab on the number of times Nana Akufo-Addo has been sneaking out of Ghana to New York for quick medical checkups.
The Informer has it on authority that, Nana Akufo-Addo sneaked out of Ghana via the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) Sunday night to New York for another of his quick medical treatment trips.
This paper’s checks has it that, the NPP Flagbearer left town quietly without any noise at all, after he returned from the Northern Region where he introduced his running-mate, Bawumia, to the people of Mamprusi.
For a person who loves the media limelight, Nana Akufo-Addo would have gotten one of his numerous communications boys (John Boadu, Sammy Awuku, Perry Okujeto, Nana “Kenkey” Akomea and co) to issue some lame statement hyping his trip, if he was not sneaking out of town.
Indeed, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko’s New Statesman would have published a long fairytale of Akufo-Addo’s itinerary if he was going out there for any business apart from medical treatment.
It would be recalled that not long ago, Akufo-Addo, in trying to hype his image, lied that he had a meeting with UK Prime Minister, David Cameron in London. Indeed, Kwaku Baako Jnr. burnt his fingers badly when he got caught pants down in his desperate attempt to hoodwink Ghanaians into believing that Akufo-Addo indeed met David Cameron.
Kwaku Baako was stripped naked when he was exposed for publishing a fake 10 Downing Street web address, which was supposed to corroborate the fake story, in his New Crusading Guide newspaper.
To date, neither Kwaku Baako nor any of the NPP’s apparatchiks have been able to prove that Akufo-Addo, indeed, met David Cameron.
Indeed, as things stand now, every right-thinking Ghanaian knows that Akufo-Addo never met David Cameron.
Even though The Informer has a full dossier on Nana Akufo-Addo’s ailments, for the purpose of good journalistic practice, it would not be made public. The Informer, however, wishes Nana Akufo-Addo a safe and healthy stay in \New York, and also wishes him a safe return journey.
