National Youth Organizer is not for 'weak and timid souls' - Nana B
Leading contender for the National Youth Organizer position of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye says the role of a youth leader is not for "timid and weak souls", but capable and charismatic persons with strong will like him.
According to Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, “2020 is not going to be a play ground for our great party, so any youth leader that will qualify to replace my boss (Sammy Awuku) must possess his qualities which include boldness, vibrancy and charisma."
Speaking on Peace FM News@12 noon, he reiterated his ambition to become the National Youth Organizer of the party, urging the teeming youth to vote massively for him to address their concerns as well as represent their interest.
“As a founding member of NPP student wing TESCON at the University of Mines and Technology, TESCON President, Regional Communications team member…I must say I have been with the youth enough to know what we need,” he stated.
He further added he will ensure an establishment of a job placement center in various institutions to enhance the entrepreneurial skills in the youth so as to create job opportunities for them. He promised to be a leader who is committed to the youth and jobs.
“As a youth leader, we will continue to build on the success of our great party,” he pledged.
