*PETITION TO DISCIPLINE KWEKU DADZIE*
Ablekuma South CPP Constituency Youth Organiser

Dear Vice Chairperson:
Chapter 12 of the amended CPP Constitution which talks about party discipline states that “A member of the party shall be guilty of misconduct or breach of Party discipline if he/she; (a) Contravenes any provision of this constitution, (b) Does not act of commission or omission which is prejudicial to the good standing of the party or tends to bring the names of the Party into disrepute, (d) Exhibits any violent, dangerous or intimidating conduct against any member, (h) Does any act that undermines or tends to undermine Party cohesion or Party unity.”
Despite this caution, Kweku Dadzie, the Youth Organiser of the Ablekuma South Constituency has consistently written and published defamatory articles in the public domain especially using Ghanaweb, that are picked up by other media entities, deliberatily causing mischief to a leading member of this party who has been a Member of Parliament, Cabinet Minister and Presidential Candidate.
We are respectfully asking for the apprioprate sanctions as stipulated in pages 67 and 68 of the Constitution to be applied on Kweku Dadzie. He is not an ordinary member of this party but a constituency executive who should know better.
We are aware of the legal course of action Dr. Nduom is using but as a political party, we expect that the party will use its structures to act on the double on this matter.
What is even unsettling is that, Kweku Dadzie has been seen in the company of some leading members of the party and was a polling agent during the recent National Congress for one of the candidates who have been elected. This is a thin-skinned matter and we expect action to be taken with some urgency on this matter.
Thank you for your attention,
