An increasing number of Nigerian females are engaging in immorality in Kumasi.
The women, who are selling their bodies for money, operate in several key suburbs of Kumasi such as Pankrono, Adum, Sakoban Village and Tafo.
A report by Kumasi-based Ultimate FM on Saturday said many of the women involved were young ladies who had been imported to Ghana on the pretext of giving them jobs.
The ladies would leave Nigeria for Ghana only to discover that there are no decent jobs for them and that they have sell their bodies to survive.
The report said the professional "body sellers" who bring the young ladies into the country make them swear oaths of secrecy and threaten them with death if they run away.
As part of the oath-taking, the girls are reportedly made to drink concoctions made from their blood, fingernails and hair from their heads and private parts.
They then go on to sell their bodies and give their earnings to the professionals who brought them into the country.
A video sighted by YEN.com.gh showed some of the women involved in the business at Adum in Kumasi.
The women were speaking Nigerian pidgin English, and one of them could be heard recanting an experience she had one day when she was on "night duty", which she said caused her to flee for her life.
