No injury concerns for Ghana coach ahead of Kenya clash

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah will have no injury troubles when the team prepares to play Kenya in the final AFCON 2019 qualifier against Kenya on Sunday March 23rd.

There has not been news of injuries to any of the 24 players invited for the game against the Harambee Stars.

Striker Kwesi Appiah has not played for AFC Wimbledon since returning from injury a fortnight ago, but he has declared himself fully fit and ready for his international return.

Atsu, who missed Newcastle United's 3-2 win over Everton two weeks ago saw 28 minutes of action as the Magpies held Bournemouth to a 2-2 draw on Saturday.

Coach Kwesi Appiah did not invite captain Asamoah Gyan, who returned to action two weeks ago but Andre Ayew is expected to lead the side on Sunday.

The players are expected to start arriving on Monday, with training scheduled for Tuesday.
