The founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has warned anyone planning to overthrow the incoming John Mahama administration to abandon such thoughts.

According to him, as a spiritual overseer of the nation, he is vigilant and ready to expose any individual plotting such a treasonable act.

Speaking to his congregation on Sunday, December 15, 2024, Prophet Owusu-Bempah stressed that any attempt to overthrow the incoming government would fail because of God's divine protection over President-elect Mahama’s administration.

“It is very dangerous to lead a group to stage a coup d'état. Nobody should attempt to overthrow the incoming Mahama government because, both physically and spiritually, God’s protection is upon that administration due to President-elect Mahama's humility. Don’t try, because you will never succeed. The moment you plan, we will pick up the phone and alert the relevant authorities. We may be in our homes, but we know and see everything happening in this nation,” he declared.

He emphasized that the new government must be allowed the freedom to govern and work towards restoring Ghana, which has been severely mismanaged, back onto the path of development.

“There have been so many instances where prophecies made in this church have come to pass, and the authorities of this country can attest to it. I won’t elaborate on them now, but let me reiterate—no one should attempt to stage a coup against this incoming NDC government. Allow the administration to govern in peace because the country is already in a mess, and the new government is prepared to reset and improve the nation. Let us keep the incoming government in our prayers for its success,” he urged.
