The nominee's assertion on decentralisation attracted a contrary opinion from Mr E.T. Mensah, a Member of the Committee, who said: "Those working on a roof of a building should not criticise those who built the foundation."
Later, the Committee vetted Mr Kofi Osei-Ameyaw, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry-Designate.
The 45-year-old Lawyer and Businessman, who had lived most of life in Australia, said he had come home to serve his county.
