PHOTOS: Catching up on the 2025 GhanaWeb Excellence Awards night

The fifth edition of the GhanaWeb Excellence Awards was held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra on Friday, March 6, 2026.

The GhanaWeb Excellence Awards, organised by Ghana's leading news portal, GhanaWeb, was birthed in 2021 to recognise and celebrate individuals for being catalysts for progress and positive change while excelling in different spheres.

The event attracted high-profile guests including the private sector, civil society, and the diplomatic community, underscoring the importance of recognising excellence and leadership in national development.

It also spotlighted trailblazers whose work are shaping Ghana's economic and social progress, while inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers.

Throughout the evening, several winners from the over 20 categories were presented with awards to honour their achievements in areas such as women empowerment, business leadership, innovation, technology, social impact, and many more.
