The Member of Parliament of Gomoa Central, Kwame Asare Obeng, known popularly as Kwame A Plus, believes that Ghana’s Parliament is the most organised public institution in the country.
In a social media video by The 1957 News, GhanaWeb, A Plus stated that he had a different perception of the House and the people there before he entered the Parliament of Ghana.
He said he, however, realised that things are done differently in the lawmaking House, which needs to be commended.
"I think that Parliament is the most organised public institution in Ghana. This is the only place I have been to where everything works. Apart from the grass that is not green..." he said.
The politician further commended the facility managers for making sure all the facilities in the building are working as they should.
"One problem that Ghanaians have is that they do not like people when they are being honest. But I want to say that, before I came here, this is the perception that I had. And if but for nothing, this is a very organized institution," he added.
A Plus was also at Parliament during the ministerial vetting proceedings of some of the nominees of President John Dramani Mahama.
