Benin's President Yayi Boni (2nd R) arrives at the 'Partnership with Africa' Conference. The two-day conference is attended by leaders from Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Botswana, Mali and Benin, as well as representatives in politics and civil society from all over Africa and Germany.
