Pastor calls on Ghanaians to be discipline

Pastor Asamoah Gyawu Nocdoor, the General Overseer of the Royal Gate Mission, in Kumasi, has said there was the need to find why Ghana has abundant human and natural resources but continue to suffer under-development.

Pastor Nocdoor in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at the end of a week-long revival programme dubbed: “Bring Back the Glory” said Ghana was endowed with numerous natural resources but indiscipline has robbed the nation of the benefits that these providence of nature could bring to its people and make it the envy of the world.

“Our corrupt and selfish ways of doing things have made it extremely difficult for us to adequately and effectively harness our gold, diamond, bauxite, cocoa, timber, cashew and oil and other resources for the good of the nation and its people, and instead, we are always complaining and indulging in unnecessary and unhealthy blame games,” he said.

The General Overseer, therefore, urged Ghanaians to do intensive individual and collective self-intuition, to identify our short falls and seek appropriate remedy.

“I strongly believe that we should go back to God the Creator who gave us these resources to show us the way to go in order to regain our lost riches, wealth, grace and glory,” he said.
