The principal of World Mission Bible Institute, Dr. Edwards Ade, has cautioned pastors not to indulge in visa deals because such acts bring the image of the calling into disrepute.

'Pastors are men of God and not visa contractors, so people should not go to them for visa assistance' he stated.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the institute in Kumasi at the weekend, he warned pastors against the desire to get rich quickly by amassing material wealth illegally.

According to Edward Ade, being a minister of the gospel is not only a title but that which goes with responsibilities since God has entrusted them with people to take care of.

The principal emphasized that salvation is the best prosperity one can have, adding that it is wrong to think that money alone constitutes prosperity.

He urged them to be cautious with the people they move with because they should be choosy in making friends for iron sharpens iron.

Nana Osei-Daa Ababio, Kronkromasehene, advised the ministers of the gospel to refrain from activities and behaviours that will bring the name of God into disrepute.

He said God is a honourable one and must be accorded that respect.

He appealed to men of God to preach a balanced sermon to enhance the development and growth of the ministry.

Nana Osei Ababio urged reverend ministers to lead exemplary lives and be disciplined since they are the ones the congregation looks up to.

In all, 49 students made up of 30 diploma students and 13 degree students graduated at the ceremony.
