Mr. Daniel Agyenim Boateng, the newly appointed Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation (GIHOC) Brand Manager has urged Ghanaian youth to start patronizing made in Ghana product since that is the only way to sustain government's flagship 1D1F policy.

Speaking at a forum organized by YOUTH FOR CHANGE in Accra, on the topic "SOLVING YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT, THE ROLE OF GHANAIAN YOUTH", the popular Ashanti Regional acting NPP Organizer said the country's youth unemployment issue can only be solved when Ghanaians especially the youth begin to patronize and appreciate "Made in Ghana" products in order to motivate prospective businessmen to effectively collaborate with government to aggressively pursue Ghana's industrialization agenda on large scale.

"In my view, large scale industrialization means more jobs, and this is the Genesis of the antidote to youth unemployment in the country".

He added that Ghanaian youth must start supporting the President's initiative of "EAT, DRINK and WEAR GHANA" to help sustain the factories which are going to be established to absorb majority of the nation's unemployed youth.

Mr. Daniel Agyenim Boateng in an interaction with the media after his presentation disclosed, his office is putting up strategic measures to rebrand Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation (GIHOC) to become Ghana's number one alcoholic beverage manufacturer and the nations favorite alcoholic brand.
