Paul Asare Ansah making a cash donation to the organizers
In fulfilment of his promise, Paul Asare Ansah, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Transport has taken up the entire budget of GHC9,000 for the grand finale of this year's Inter Circuit Spelling Competition for Junior High and primary schools in Asuogyaman.
Presenting the amount to the District Director of Education, Mr. Ansah hinted that the donation was part of the 2019 sponsorship package provided by him to help improve the standard of education in the district.
The event which takes place at the Church of Pentecost, Atimpoku on 4th June, 2019 will produce a "spellaking or queen" to represent Asuogyaman at the regional level.
Reacting to Mr. Ansah's gesture, the District Director of Education, Mrs. Theodora Kutorku Entee praised his strong commitment to promote excellence in educational sector. She called on others to follow his shinning example in order turn around the quality of education in Asuogyaman.
