Rosa Whitaker and Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams
Rosa Whitaker, the wife of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, is a global trade strategist and CEO of The Whitaker Group who has long championed African economic development through policies and investments.
Her husband, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, is one of Ghana’s most prominent religious leaders and the Founder of Christian Action Faith Ministries.
He is also regarded the father of the Charismatic Christian faith in Ghana.
Together, they represent a fusion of spiritual leadership and economic advocacy. Their joint efforts span youth empowerment, leadership development, and regional transformation.
Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams and his wife, Rosa Whitaker, have collaborated professionally as a couple on the establishment and operation of Dominion Television (Dominion TV) that broadcasts across 48 sub-Saharan African countries and created employment for the youth.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams is the Founder and President, while Rosa Whitaker serves as the Vice President and CEO.
They are recognised as the pioneers of the Christian lifestyle media genre in Africa.
Additionally, as part of their work with Dominion TV, they have been involved in the production of Christian films, such as "A Taste of Sin," which featured a cameo appearance by the archbishop.
Rosa Whitaker has joined her husband at events such as the "Kingdom Business Forum" (KBF) Breakfast Series, which brings together church and ministry leaders with business people to discuss strategies for economic nation-building.
She also often participates in events and discussions related to African economic development in her capacity as the archbishop’s wife and as the President/CEO of The Whitaker Group (TWG).

Menaye Donkor and Sulley Muntari
Sulley Muntari, a celebrated footballer who played for Ghana’s national team and some top European clubs, and his Canadian wife, Menaye Donkor, rank second among the couples redefining businesses and driving social change.
The former beauty queen, now an entrepreneur, is the Founder of SHE-Y, a luxury skincare brand rooted in ethical sourcing and African heritage.

Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom and Yvonne Nduom
Third on the list of this feature is Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, a seasoned entrepreneur and political figure. He is the Founder of Groupe Nduom, a conglomerate spanning finance, media, and hospitality.
He is married to Yvonne Nduom, a management specialist and graduate of the University of Cape Coast and the University of Wisconsin in the United States, who plays a strategic role in the company’s operations, particularly in education and hospitality.
Together, they established and grew Groupe Nduom, a multinational business conglomerate that once comprised over 60 companies across various sectors, including finance, hospitality, media, real estate, and more, with operations in Ghana, the US, Liberia, Togo, and the UK.
They have created jobs for over 4,000 Ghanaians across all ten regions of the country at their peak.
The Coconut Grove Hotels chain in Ghana is owned by the Ghanaian business leaders, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom and his wife, Yvonne Nduom.
They founded the indigenous Ghanaian hotel chain over 30 years ago, starting with the conversion of their family residence in Elmina.
Yvonne Nduom serves as the Executive Chairperson of the chain, which includes locations in Accra, Elmina, and Obuasi.
The chain includes several locations in Ghana, such as the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra and the Coconut Grove Beach Resort in Elmina.
Dr Nduom and his wife Yvonne are also known for their strong commitment to national development, specifically by using exclusively made-in-Ghana products in their hotel operations and other businesses, a practice for which they have been recognised.
Albert Kwesi Ocran and Comfort Ocran
The next on the list is Albert and Comfort Ocran. Albert and Comfort are one of Ghana’s most influential power couples in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
Albert Ocran is a renowned executive coach, author, and senior pastor at ICGC The New Wine Temple. He’s also the lead consultant at Legacy & Legacy, a management consultancy, and co-founder of the Springboard Road Show Foundation, a national youth empowerment platform
Comfort Ocran is a motivational speaker and author. She is the CEO of Legacy & Legacy and executive director of Springboard Roadshow Foundation (a youth development and mentoring platform).
She is also the co-founder of Combert Impressions.
Together, they have authored over 20 books, including The Lord, Madiba and the Eagle, and Speak Like a Pro. They founded Springboard, Your Virtual University, a weekly radio program that mentors thousands of young Ghanaians, as well as the Springboard Road Show, an annual nationwide tour that connects youth with top leaders in business, government, and civil society.
