The committee set up by the Minister of Energy to look into the impasse between the workers and management, especially the CEO, of the VRA, Dr. Charles Wereko Brobby, has postponed presentation of its reports.
Investigations revealed that the report, which should have been read today, will now require two more weeks to complete.
The new date the committee has set itself to finish its reports is 16th of this month, by which time the members feel they would have a comprehensive report that would reveal to government the sources of the problems in VRA to facilitate an easy arrival at amicable solutions.
‘Independent’ sources said the reason for the postponement, is the large volume of document presented by the workers of the Authority and the committee members need more time to scrutinize all these documents carefully before coming to any deductions.
