Prez Atta Mills Hits The Road

His Excellency President Atta Mills cut the sword to begin two major road projects - the Ho/Adidome/Sogakope road & a major bypass on the Spintex road.

He also commissioned a new set of traffic lights opposite the Ghana National Fire Service Headquarters.

The new sets of traffick lights which are being installed countrywide, have a 48hr backup system. That is to say, in the event of a power outage, the lights have the capacity to keep working for 48hrs.
