The conference was on the theme; "Ensuring Quality Human Resource Development, the Role of Stakeholders". Among those who addressed the conference were Dr George Afeti, Executive Director of the National Inspectorate Board (NIB), Ms Benedicta Naana Biney, Acting Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and a representative of Mr Alex Tettey-Enyo, Minister of Education.
