Rawlings to represent Mills

Accra, Aug. 19, GNA - President John Evans Atta Mills has requested ex-President Jerry John Rawlings to lead a Government delegation to the Republic of Congo Brazzaville to represent Ghana at the swearing in of Mr Denis Sassou-Nguesso, president-elect of the country.
