Ready to serve under any government -Reform candidate

Gomoa Ankamu, (C/R), Dec 2, GNA- Mr Mohammed Mutakil Kassim, National Reform Party (NRP) Parliamentary Candidate for Gomoa West has stated that he is committed to serve any government to ensure effective development of the area.

He dismissed the wrong notion that he would not bring any development if he was voted for as Member of Parliament for Gomoa West. Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Gomoa Ankamu after touring some towns and villages to canvass for votes.


He stated that it was sad to note that some politicians were campaigning against him that the National Reform Party did not contest for the Presidential slot, so there was nothing he could do to bring developments to the area.

Mr Kassim assured the electorate that he was ever prepared to work with any government, adding that, "this propaganda would not deter him". He urged the people in Gomoa West not to vote on party lines but look at the personalities involve before casting their votes on December 7.


Mr Kassim said when voted as Member of Parliament for the area he would help find lasting solution to the Apam floods, which had been annual rituals in the district. He appealed to the people to give him the mandate to enable him develop the area to become a better place to stay.
