The founder of Great Fire Pentecostal Internaltional Ministry, Bishop Bonegas has waded into public debate that reducing the presidential age barrier will be prudent for us.
He said if that is done it will pave way for many younger people to come and serve mother Ghana with dynamism.
Bishop Bonegas said people like President Emmanuel Macron, Jerry Rawlings and even Napoleon Bonaparte came to power at younger age and help their respective countries.
The man of God also added biblical perspertive the issue. At a very tender age David was chosen to lead his people and made greater impact than the elderly Saul.
He would wish that the president and parliament take a second look at such important issue.
