Regions elect representatives for Ghanaian Council of State

The under-listed are the Regional representatives to the Council of State, elected on Saturday, June 16 by the National Electoral Commission:

Western Region: Mr Ebenezer B. Sakyi Hughes; Central: Nana Prah Agyensaim the fourth; Greater Accra, Dr Kofi Amanor Owusu-Ansah; Volta: Nana Ogyeabour Akompi; Eastern: Mr Fred Asante, Ashanti: Mr Benjamin Dapaah Asonaba.

The rest are Brong Ahafo: Mr Michael Kojo Adusah; Northern: Mr Thomas Tia Sulemana, Upper East: Mr Frances Asianab Afoko; and Upper West: Naa Abeifaa Karbo the second
