Reverend Paul Morgan Adorsu, the Tema District Pastor of the Great Commission Church International (GCCI) has called for Christian unity for the shake of the propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He urged Christians to do away with hatred and prejudice,
and anything else which might hinder them from godly unity.
He said the agape love of God would enable Christians to love one another and to live in unity.
Rev Adorsu made the appeal on Saturday at the ongoing GCCI Tema District Easter Convention on the theme "Imitating Christ Jesus".
The four-day Easter Convention, is being attended by congregants from seven branches of GCCI Tema District: Tema Main, Tema Newtown, Grace Temple, Maranatha Assembly, Mount Zion Temple, City of Refuge and Prampram Assembly.
Rev Adorsu urged Christians to forgive one another, and not to give room to the devil.
Quoting from the Bible, Rev Adorsu said "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
He appealed to couples to forgive one another, and also advised children to forgive their parents who might have hurt them.
He said Easter demonstrates the love of God for mankind, stating that Jesus Christ died on the cross at Calvary for the Salvation of mankind.
He urged all Christians to win souls and disciples Christ Jesus.
