? The former Liberian President, Charles Taylor, should be made to return all monies he has in foreign banks to Liberia. He should not be allowed to enjoy his booty while his country is in shambles.
? The NDC should be circumspect in its response to the advice, their former Press Secretary, Vincent Assiseh, gave to the party. Does the NDC want to be praised always? Assiseh has said the right thing, and so the NDC should heed his advice.
? The US government should stop bullying poor countries only to give them financial support in return. If the US wants its citizens who commit crimes in other countries to be extradited to the US for prosecution, why is it calling for the blood of Charles Taylor of Liberia?
? If the NDC would always listen to the truth, they would have taken the advice from Vincent Assiseh in good faith. Assiseh was a member of the party and so knows what is wrong with it. He has spoken the truth.
? Dzidzor should learn how to respect elders. When Vincent Assiseh was with the NDC, everything he said was seen as right by her. Now that he is out of the party he has become the devil. This is what Dzidzor has been doing to NDC activists who fall out with the party.
? Nowhere in Vincent Assiseh’s interview on Radio Universe did he insult former President Rawlings. The man was speaking his mind. Dzidzor should not tell lies about Vincent Assiseh.
? President Kufuor should resign his office before the 2004 elections to avoid a humiliating defeat from the NDC. The NPP has failed Ghanaians and so it should be voted out of power in 2004.
? Prof. Atta Mills has disgraced himself by his insulting remarks against the Central Regional Minister, Isaac Edumadze. Edumadze in no way insulted Prof. Mills as NDC newspapers had reported. It was Mills who lambasted Edumadze.
? Before the PNDC/NDC era, Ghana could boast of factories such as Ghana Sanyo, Tema Steelworks and Ghana Textiles Manufacturing Company, which employed a large number of the youth in Ghana, especially in the Greater Accra Region. These factories folded up as a result of bad governance by the NDC so the NDC should not blame the NPP for the current rate of unemployment.
? The unnecessary criticisms from the NDC against the NPP are mere political talk which must not be taken seriously. If the NDC finds faults with anything it has the freedom to investigate it but it should not speculate or provide false information on issues.
? The government should make all efforts to retrieve all loans granted to parliamentarians from 1992. They sit in parliament and debate unnecessarily on issues instead of tackling issues of national importance.
? The law on causing financial loss to the state should not be repealed. I have taken this position because of the manner the NPP treated the NDC former Ministers. The same fate can equally befall the NPP ministers.
? Is the NPP aware that the masses are suffering? The dog chain sellers they promised to employ in gainful ventures are still roaming the streets without jobs to do.
? Was the Quality Grain trial a political trial? If yes, then NPP should know that there are some horrible days ahead of them.
? Is it true that water and electricity tariffs have gone up again? If it is true, then how do we cope with the high school fees and other services in the system?
