A four-day seminar on reproductive health for 35 leaders of the Salvation Army in Brong Ahafo has ended at Sunyani,. It was sponsored by the UN Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) in conjunction with Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG). The participants were taken through their areas of responsibility and financial obligations. Addressing the closing session, the Assistant Extension Training Officer at the Salvation Army Headquarters in Accra, Captain Edward Addison, urged the leaders to impart the knowledge gained at the seminar to others for the progress of the church and the community. He asked them to lead lives worthy of emulation and be truthful at all times. Captain Addison spoke to the need for the leaders to be in the forefront of the crusade against immoral practices in society. The Regional Pastor of the Salvation Army, Captain Paul Asante, was grateful to the UNFPA and the PPAG for the seminar. He said he will ensure that the participants send the message to all corners of the region. gri
