The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) has marked February 14, 2019 as Customer Appreciation Day.
The event being its maiden edition was characterized with fun and thanksgiving
Area and Branch Managers joined staff of the Customer Experience Department to distribute customized chocolates to customers who called at the various offices to transact business.
At the Pension House Branch in Accra, the Deputy Director-General, Finance and Administration,Mr. Michael Addo used the occasion to express gratitude to customers especially pensioners for keeping faith with the institution.
He reiterated the Trust’s commitment to improving service delivery with the introduction of the Mobile Money Trust platform for payment of contributions this year.
Customers expressed their excitement with the gesture and encouraged SSNIT to institute more customer focused programs for the various stakeholders of the Trust.
The Customer Appreciation Day was organized jointly by the SSNIT Ladies Club and Senior Staff Association.
