Member of Parliament for the Ningo Prampram Constituency Samuel Nartey George has hinted that he and the other victims of the January 31 Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election violence will file a suit against government over its decision not to implement the Emile Short Commission report.
The Commission of Inquiry was set up by government to look into the circumstances that led to the violence.
It has since presented its report to government.
Speaking at the first anniversary commemoration of the violence, Sam George said he and the other victims will not be cowed into silence.
