Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom is eager to make a return to the Black Stars.
The 27-year-old has struggled to earn himself a call-up for the past three years.
Inkoom last received an invite in 2012 where he played for the Black Stars at the Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon/Equatorial Guinea.
The right-back after sealing a short-term contract with Bulgarian Club Vereya FC has hinted his readiness to honour an invitation to the National team.
“It has been a while I earned an invite to the Black Stars, It’s been a long time but I am ever ready to honour any invitation,” he told Kasapa FM.
“For now I just need to work hard and keep playing at my new Club and I know that call-up will come of I continue to work hard.
“The Black Stars is for every Ghanaian footballer, so there is lots of competition and therefore is up to me to work hard and get back into the team.”
The former Ghana U20 player left Turkish Club Antalyspor after just one season with the Club.
