He said exercises were the only antidote to prevent sicknesses and keep them physically fit for any task. Commodore Appiah said these at the start of a 20 kilometre "Moral exercise" organised by the three military institutions in Takoradi on Thursday.

He said exercises were the only antidote to prevent sicknesses and keep them physically fit for any task. Commodore Appiah said these at the start of a 20 kilometre "Moral exercise" organised by the three military institutions in Takoradi on Thursday. He said the exercise was aimed at testing the cohesion and endurance among the units and also demonstrate to the civilians that the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) was ready to deal with any challenge.
