See Adwoa Safo in deep reflection as family marks 40th day observance

The family of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, along with leaders of the Kristo Asafo Mission, executives of the Kantanka Group of Companies, and scores of loved ones, have gathered at the University of Ghana Sports Complex on October 20, 2025, to commemorate the passing of the renowned pastor and innovator.

The event which is currently underway has drawn attendees from all sectors across the country.

Early scenes from the complex showed former Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo, clad in all black and looking visibly pensive.

She was seated among other relatives who had convened to honour the late Apostle.

Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, a prominent Ghanaian entrepreneur, inventor, and pastor, dedicated his life to bridging faith, technology, and industry.

Born on August 26, 1912, in Bekwai, Ashanti Region, he became widely celebrated for his groundbreaking contributions to local manufacturing and technological innovation in Ghana and internationally.
