Serbia-Montenegro appoints honorary consuls to Ghana

BELGRADE , May 27 (Tanjug) - The Serbia-Montenegro (SCG) Council of Ministers has decided to open consulates in Ghana, headed by honorary consul-general.

Clifford Odarti was appointed honorary consul-general to Accra.
