Some Catholic Priests impregnating nursing students in Koforidua – Maurice Ampaw

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, an outspoken legal practitioner is calling on the authorities of the Catholic Diocese of Koforidua in the Eastern Region to probe their priests, especially, those in Koforidua, since some have started engaging in what the church considers unholy conduct for the Priests in the church.

According to Mr. Ampaw, he has it on authority that some of the Roman Fathers in the Eastern Regional capital have impregnated a number of nursing students with some of the complaints coming before him for amicable settlement.

He said the Priests involved in the said unholy act have rented private accommodations where they indulge in the act with some going to hotels.

He made the allegations in a live interview with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese an Accra based Okay FM on Saturday, February 24, 2018.

The voice ferocious lawyer said he currently has three cases before him which involve three of the aforementioned Diocesan Priests who are alleged to have impregnated some nursing students and the Priests are pleading for mercy.

He has therefore called on the highest authorities of the Roman Catholic Church to conduct investigations into the matter to curb the issue.
