Speaker of Parliament extols Adaklu Constituency

Adaklu Constituency has received the most glowing compliments from Speaker of Parliament, Professor Aaron Michael Oquaye, as one constituency that produces very fine members.

Members of Parliament from the constituency, he said, demonstrate the utmost commitment to work and exhibit such unparalleled punctuality that it is almost intimidating.

He noted that current MP for Adaklu, Kwame Governs Agbodza, is one of the most respected members of the House, an attribute that is also associated with a former member for the area, the late Steve Senu Akorli.

He said, “You Adaklu people you produce very fine MPs. I must say so in public because one of the most respected members of the House today is your current Member of Parliament in terms of ability, contribution and punctuality, which is not an easy thing for us in the House.”

“And if there is an example of punctuality that is the man seated right here before you [pointing to Hon. Kwame Agbodze], one of those very punctual people.”

Speaker Michael Ocquaye expounded the soothing words this morning when family of former member of the House, the late Steve Senu Akorli, paid a courtesy call on him to inform the House of the funeral arrangements of the former colleague.ddddddddddddddddddd
